I am going to give you an example exercise routine for a simple body sculpting program. I am very happy with the Insanity workout. This one is my fitness HG. It’s hard finding a DVD workout that works for me so when I saw positive effects with this one, I knew I found a keeper. This is absolutely good. All the workouts are intense and challenging. This is effective in giving one that sculpted body. I am happy with this. No more gym and weights for me.

Insanity is the ultimate DVD workout. If you love to tone those muscles and get the six packs, you should give Insanity a try. This is by far the most effective workout out there.
